Card Badges

Card Badges are made from 1.25mm faced card. The card can be specified in a wide range of colours, see the page opposite. It is also possible to have the Badges printed in Full Colour.

Special Shapes

Card Badges can be Die-Cut to virtually any shape provided it fits within a 65mm x 75mm rectangle. There are a number of shapes available to choose from at www.specialshapes.co.uk If you choose any of these shapes there is no additional forme charge. If the shape you require is not available then we can make a forme for you. The cost of a forme depends on the intricacy of the design and starts at £85.00 + VAT. If you are happy for your design to be listed in www.specialshapes.co.uk for others to use the forme cost is reduced by half. In either case the cost of the forme is incurred only once, on subsequent runs we can use the same forme again.

Hot Foiling

All Badges can have foil applied to one or both sides using a hot foiling process. The foils available are: Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver, Flat Black, Holographic Silver and Flat White.

In addition a unique security foil can be specified for applications where the Badges have a high face value. Hot Foiling prices include the origination of the masters required for foiling.

Please note: Only solid tones can be reproduced in Hot Foil. Half-tone tints are not successful.

We hold the formes for all our standard Boxes so there is no additional forme charge.

Numbering

Badges can be sequentially numbered. Numbered Badges are supplied packed in number order.

Stringing

Badges can be strung with Red, Blue, White, Yellow or Black string.
